Count on Potter to deliver your order on time, every time. Because we warehouse thousands of products, the items you want are sure to be in stock. Our drivers hit the road on schedule, which means no surprises for you; your order will be there when you expect it.

Ordering
Orders must be received at Potter Distributing before 12:00 PM Noon EST on the day before your scheduled delivery day. Orders received after the cut-off will be processed for shipment the following week. Refer to your delivery schedule, or contact your Potter Distributing Territory Manager to determine your delivery day.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday on our own trucks by our drivers.
- Deliveries needed before the next scheduled delivery day will be shipped by common carrier with shipping costs billed to the retailer.

Pick-Up
- Order pick-ups are by appointment only Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM EST every half hour.
- Please call at least 24 hours ahead to secure your appointment!

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. We also partner with Wells Fargo, BrandSource, Huntington (formerly TCFIF), and Northpoint Commercial Finance (NEW!) for your floorplan orders. Contact your Potter Distributing Territory Manager for applications and billing/payment terms.
